At Leasing Partners, we only work with people who have been trained by
us. We have found that we work better with people we have met and who have
learned our methods of marketing leasing. In addition, our lenders will only
accept applications from Brokers who have gone through our training and are
under contract to us. So by attending the training and signing our Agency
Agreement, you will have access to all of our lenders who are so critical to
your success.
The Training...
The training sessions are scheduled
on weekends. You arrive in Naples, Florida any time on a Friday. We have a
limousine service pick you up at
Regional Southwest Airport in Ft. Meyers. From there it is a 20 minute ride to
The Inn On Fifth, a five star hotel located
in the heart of beautiful Naples. The training starts at 8:00 AM on Saturday and
with some breaks and lunch, continues until 5:00. On Sunday, we start again at
8:00 and finish by 1:00 to allow you time to catch a flight home. Once again,
your driver will take you to the airport.
Our Commitment To Your Success...
Once you return home, you will have enough information to
allow you to start earning healthy commissions right away but the
training continues. Using our on line message board, you will have
access to over 300 posts covering marketing and other subjects that will
help you be successful. You will be able to post questions and
communicate with other Partners. Ken and Sal will be available to you to
answer questions and help you determine what are the most productive
areas to work on. You will be able to generate leads on line and you
will get 500 postcards to start your marketing efforts. If you need a
website, we can have one built for you at a nominal charge. Leasing
Partners is committed to the success of our Partners and although you
will be new to the leasing business, you will be able to tell prospects
that you are affiliated with a company that has a combined 65 years
experience in leasing. You will also be working with our Marketing
Consultant who himself, has more than 35 years experience in leasing and
was one of the pioneers of the industry. You will never be alone.
